Delivery

Once we receive your order and production starts, our client service team will be in touch to arrange delivery. We always work with clients to find a date and time that works for you to make the arrival of your new mattress as stress free as possible.

A Glencraft mattress is a large and heavy piece of furniture. It's important to ensure that there is enough space and access height to move the mattress into position. We recommend measuring in advance to avoid any problems upon delivery. If you anticipate any problems then contacting the client support team once you have placed your order: orders@glencraft.luxury

The Luxury Collection

The Merida, The Monarch, The Sovereign & The Heritage are all come with a 100 Night Trial. The 100 nights begin the day your mattress arrives and you have the right to exchange or return your mattress for a full refund. All exchanges and refunds are free of charge and our client support team will work with you to arrange a suitable date/time for exchange or refund.

The Classic Collection

The mattress must be unused, in its original packaging, without defect or damage and the return must be arranged within 60 days of delivery.
