Delivery

Once we receive your order and production starts, our client service team will be in touch to arrange delivery. We always work with clients to find a date and time that works for you to make the arrival of your new mattress as stress free as possible.

A Glencraft mattress is a large and heavy piece of furniture. It's important to ensure that there is enough space and access height to move the mattress into position. We recommend measuring in advance to avoid any problems upon delivery. If you anticipate any problems then contacting the client support team once you have placed your order: orders@glencraft.luxury

UK delivery is free for orders over £150. Highland and islands exclusions apply. Glencraft offers global shipping via our partners and can provide a quote on request. International orders are exempt from the 100 night trial. Please see full terms and conditions.

Returns

Glencraft 100 Night Trial

The 100 night trial is valid on any Glencraft Luxury range mattress bought online or in store. 

The 100 night trial does not cover divan bases, headboards or pillows.

The 100 night trial is valid for UK orders only. 

Customers have two options under the 100 night trial:

1. The mattress can be returned for a full refund

2. The mattress can be exchanged for a different firmness. No further exchanges or refunds are available. 

International or trade orders are not covered by the trial. 

International orders can arrange return of the mattress, undamaged, at their own expense for a full refund, minus a 10% handling charge.

Classic range mattresses, pillows, duvets, divans or any accessories available in store are not covered by the 100 night trial.

The Classic Collection - In Store

The mattress must be unused, in its original packaging, without defect or damage and the return must be arranged within 60 days of delivery. These mattress are not covered by the 100 night trial.
