Rotating Your Mattress
It's important to rotate your mattress every 3-6 months. By rotating the mattress, you're giving the layers and springs time to rest and recover from the nightly pressure.
When we lie on a mattress, our body creates pressure in the middle and top of the mattress. By rotating the mattress, we change the area of the mattress we are lying on which increases the longevity of the mattress.
Don't fold or roll your mattress. Your mattress is constructed for a flat position only. Don't attempt to turn or rotate a mattress by yourself, seek assistance. You could hurt yourself or damage the pocket springs.
The sewn on handles are intended to help rotate and position the mattress. Handles sewn to a mattress are not designed to support the full weight of the mattress and you would risk damaging the border upholstery if you use them to flip the mattress.
Check your mattress is made to be rotated beforehand.
